This  smoothie is  light and delicious. The main ingredients are almond milk, bananas and cereals. Almond milk  is a dairy-free product made from ground almonds; it’s available at some supermarkets and at specialty foods stores and natural foods stores. Almond milk has lots of benefits. It contains 50 percent of the recommended daily amount of vitamin E, which contains antioxidant properties essential to your skin’s health, such as protecting it against sun damage. Also  it’s high in healthy fats such as omega fatty acids, typically found in fish, which helps to prevent high blood pressure and heart disease.  This is ideal for breakfast to gain some energy. You only need 10 minutes for preparation.


2 bananas

2 cups of almond milk

1 cup of cereals



Peel the banana and break into pieces into the blender. Add the almond  milk.Whiz the blender until the banana is smooth and the shake is frothy. Pour into a glass. After that add the cereal. If you want you can add honey. Tip from us: you can add any kind of fruit on the top of the smoothie.
