Mornings are, to put it bluntly, hell for some of us. The sound of the alarm clock violently ringing in our ears puts some of us instantly in a bad mood.When it comes to exercising in the a.m., it’s way easier to be a wimp than a warrior—which is bad news, considering how an early sweat session may benefit your body. So don’t be like those persons who start exercising and give up after few days. Lack of physical activities make you exhausted all day and sleepless at night. So don’t let that happen! Surprise your body and start morning exercises. Why morning? Because it’s the best time! RISE AND ENERGIZE! 🙂


1.When you are doing your exercises early in the morning that’s trigger your metabolism and keep it elevated all day long, sometimes up to 20 hours! That means you’re burning calories while you are sitting later at school or work, or while you are having a cup of coffee with your friends. And that goes and goes all day long just because you exercised in the morning!

2.Morning workouts leave time for other priorities which is so important in these turbulent times. Nothing is more important than family and friends. Which is why slicing off a small segment of your time, in the morning, is usually better than in the evening.

3.As you probably know working out release endorphins, know as “feel good” hormones, which are increased following exercise of sufficient intensity and duration.

4.Ready to have a sharp mind? Awhile back, a study came out that exercise increases mental acuity. On average, it lasts 15 + hours after exercise! So, stop wasting that brain super power while you’re sleeping.

5.If you are doing your exercises at about the same time every morning, and you are wake-up at the same time every day, your body endocrine system and rhythms adjust to that. Actually, your body knows your schedule and is preparing to wake you up. And suddenly, it’s not so hard to wake up early in the morning.

6.Your hormones are working in your advantage. In the early hours, crucial hormone (speaking about men) testosterone, works in your favor and by exercising in the morning, you’re taking advantage of these really important and naturally circulating hormones, rather than later in the day when they’re lower.

 7.You won’t have as many distractions, because everybody else is sleeping. Changes are good i.e. you may train with one or more friends. It’s nothing wrong working out with friends, but morning training will be, “do your job and start the day”.

8.Morning workouts help you not to think on food as you used to think. So, this is one more reason working out in the morning. You will be able to regulate your appetite during the day. As many people love to say that puts them in “healthy mindset”.

9.Feeling more energetic all day. You will increase your ability for complex problems and complex thoughts. You will have energy for all the stress and problems during the day.

10.You will feel great!
