Healthy Crackers For Weight Loss

INGREDIENTS:

30 grams buckwheat flour

30 grams sesame seeds

pinch of baking powder

1 teaspoon of sea salt 

15 grams of salt free tahini

20 ml water

2 bags of ginger lemon tea

Pepper

 

PREPARATION

Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Split mixture into 4 equal size parts. With your hands roll into balls. Place onto baking tray lined with baking paper. Now use palm of hand to make balls into thin  discs or squares. Spread a little extra tahini onto each of the crackers . Sprinkle with some fresh ground black pepper and some sea salt, if desired. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.

Takes 20 minutes/ makes 4 portions
