1. Tomato Avocado Cucumber:

  • 1 lb Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 medium sliced onion (we recommend you a red onion)
  • 2 diced avocados
  • 1/2 bunch of chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • About 2 Tbsp Juice of Lemon (1 lemon)

First, you need to take chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, diced avocado, sliced onion and chopped cilantro and place them in a large salad bowl (or whatever).

Then you will put the olive oil and the lemon juice, and you will toss them gently until they combine. Before serving, you need to add salt (on your own measure).

2. Tomato and Watermelon

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. honey
  • kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1/2 small onion (we recommend red onion, again)
  • 12 oz. watermelon
  • 2 oz. feta

First, in your bowl (let it be large) or whatever you’ll use, combine the lemon juice with oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, hone and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. After that, add your tomatoes, your onion and toss to combine. Then, start tossing the watermelon (you can also toss the watermelon with 2 new ingredients that we didn’t mentioned, and they are: arugula and basil).

At the end, from a personal experience, i recommend you to set this with the feta.
Don’t be afraid to try it. Watermelon is a vegetable, too.
