Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 slices of rye bread, toasted

You will also need a cooking spray, and then:

Heat over medium heat and when it’s done, coat pan with the cooking spray, then add broccoli and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Eggs? Feta? Combine them and dill in a small bowl. Then, you need to add egg mixture to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Cook that omelet for 2 minutes or until you think it’s enough.

Preparation: Put all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until they smooth. Also, because this is alternative way of drinking that superhealthy hot tea, you should drink this cold – only cold.

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon (2-3 TBSP)

  • 1 small pear, skin on, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Shrimp and Broccoli Pasta Salad

  • 4 oz cooked shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cooked whole-wheat elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp capers
  • Toss all ingredients, and serve cold.

Combine this ingredients and then serve this – cold.

Preparation: You need to place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or heavy and duty zip-top plastic bag, and then microwave at HIGH until chocolate melts. Dip banana pieces in the chocolate you’ve got.
